ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS
AMENDED, BY ADDING SUBSECTION NO. 113 TO
SECTION 2A -7N, CONDITIONAL ZONING CERTAIN
PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA:
Section 1. That Section 2A -7N, of Ordinance No. 2479, as
amended, be further amended by adding after Subsection No. 112,
of said Section, the following Subsection No. One Hundred
Thirteen (113).
"113.
All that part of the East 3� of Section 4, Township 88
North, Range 13 West of the 5th P.M., Black Hawk
County, Iowa, described as follows:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of Tract "A",
Southgate First Addition; thence South 89040153" West,
along the North line of said Tract "A", 50 feet to the
Northwest corner of said Tract "A"; thence South
1°12'12" East, along the West line of said Tract "A",
50 feet to the Southwest corner of said Tract "A";
thence South 89040'53" West, along a line parallel with
and 30 feet South of the South line of the Northeast
Fractional Quarter of said Section, 370.19 feet; thence
North 00017" West, 431.24 feet; thence North 89038113"
East, 410.14 feet to the Westerly line of Kimball
Avenue; thence South 1012'12" East, along the Westerly
line of Kimball Avenue, 381.72 feet to the point of
beginning, except Parcel "A" of Plat of Survey 332 Misc
943 of part of the Northeast Fractional Quarter of said
Section 4, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa;
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "R-4" Multiple
Residence District, be and the same is hereby zoned as "R -4,C -Z"
Conditional Zoning District as above described."
Section 2. That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby
directed to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the
Recorder of Black Hawk County, Iowa.
