AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 2008 TRAFFIC CODE
BY REPEALING SUBSECTION (416) WATER STREET OF
SECTION 551, PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES
ON CERTAIN STREETS; AND ENACTING IN LIEU
THEREOF A NEW SUBSECTION (416) WATER STREET
OF SECTION 551, PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL
TIMES ON CERTAIN STREETS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA:
That Subsection (416) Water Street of Section 551, Parking
Prohibited At All Times On Certain Streets, of the 2008 Traffic
Code, is hereby repealed in its entirety; that a new Subsection
(416) Water Street of Section 551, Parking Prohibited At All
Times On Certain Streets, of the 2008 Traffic Code, is hereby
enacted in lieu thereof as follows:
