RESOLUTION APPROVING ORDER ACCEPTING
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT/SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT AND
CHECK FOR $300 FROM B & B EAST, 1615 BISHOP AVENUE,
WATERLOO, IOWA, FOR SALE OF TOBACCO TO MINOR
VIOLATION-1ST OFFENSE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that
the Acknowledgment/Settlement Agreement and check for $300, dated February 24, 2020, for
the affirmative defense sale of tobacco to a minor violation-first offense, between B & B East,
1615 Bishop Avenue, Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo is hereby approved, and the
Mayor is authorized to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of February 2020.
