RESOLUTION NO. 2020-134
RESOLUTION APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC. AND SETTING
DATE OF BID OPENING AS MARCH 19, 2020 AND DATE OF
PUBLIC HEARING AS MARCH 23, 2020, FOR THE FY 2020 STREET
RECONSTRUCTION PROGRAM, CONTRACT NO. 993, AND
INSTRUCT CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH SAID NOTICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the preliminary plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in
conjunction with the FY 2020 Street Reconstruction Program, Contract No. 993, are hereby
approved.
Section 2. That the bid opening, in conjunction with the FY 2020 Street Reconstruction
Program, Contract No. 993, be scheduled for March 19, 2020 at 1:00 p.m., City Hall, Waterloo,
1 Iowa.
Section 3. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, meet in the Harold E. Getty
Council Chambers at City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa, at 5:30 p.m. on the 23`d day of March 2020, to
hold a public hearing, in conjunction with the FY 2020 Street Reconstruction Program, Contract
No. 993.
Section 4. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place
of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
