RESOLUTION NO. 2020-135
RESOLUTION APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC. AND SETTING
DATE OF BID OPENING AS APRIL 2, 2020 AND DATE OF PUBLIC
HEARING AS APRIL 6, 2020, FOR THE FY 2020 SANITARY SEWER
GATEWELL REPAIRS, CONTRACT NO. 951, AND INSTRUCT CITY
CLERK TO PUBLISH SAID NOTICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the preliminary plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in
conjunction with the FY 2020 Sanitary Sewer Gatewell Repairs, Contract No. 951, are hereby
approved.
Section 2. That the bid opening, in conjunction with the FY 2020 Sanitary Sewer
Gatewell Repairs, Contract No. 951, be scheduled for April 2, 2020 at 1:00 p.m., City Hall,
Waterloo, Iowa.
Section 3. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, meet in the Harold E. Getty
Council Chambers at City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa, at 5:30 p.m. on the 6th day of April 2020,to hold
a public hearing, in conjunction with the FY 2020 Sanitary Sewer Gatewell Repairs, Contract
No. 951.
Section 4. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place
of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
