RESOLUTION APPROVING ORDER ACCEPTING
ACKNOWLEDGMENT/SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT CHECK
IN THE AMOUNT OF $300 TO ALI'S LIQUOR, 1117 E. FOURTH
STREET, WATERLOO, IOWA, FOR SALE OF TOBACCO TO
MINOR-FIRST OFFENSE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that
the Acknowledgment/Settlement Agreement and in the amount of$300, dated March 2, 2020, for
the affirmative defense sale of tobacco to a minor violation-first offense, between Ali's Liquor,
1117 E. Fourth Street, Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, is hereby approved, and the
Mayor is authorized to execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo,Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of March 2020.
