BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA: Section 1. That Section 2A-5, of Ordinance No. 2479, as amended, be further amended by adding after Subsection No. 406, of said Section, the following Subsection No. Four Hundred Seven (407) . "407. k a DDZ R-1 The West Five Hundred (500.00) feet of the Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4) of the Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4) of Section Eleven (11), Township Eighty-eight North (T88N), Range Thirteen West (R13W), of the Fifth Principal Meridian, Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, EXCEPT the South Thirty-three (33) feet as described in Book 103, page 517 in the Black Hawk County Recorder's Office, containing 14.8 acres, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
