AMENDED, BY ADDING SUBSECTION NO. 408 TO
SECTION 2A-5, REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA:
Section 1. That Section 2A-5, of Ordinance No. 2479, as
amended, be further amended by adding after Subsection No. 407,
of said Section, the following Subsection No. Four Hundred Eight
(408) .
"408.

The Southwest 1/, of the Southwest 4 of Section 32,
Township 90, Range 13, all in the City of Waterloo,
Black Hawk County, Iowa;
and
4428 Leversee Road
Unplatted Waterloo East, The West 20 Rods of the South
8 Rods of the Northwest 1/, of the Southwest 1/ of
Section 32, Township 90, Range 13, all in the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa;
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, approximately 38.9
acres as "A-1" Agricultural District, be and the same is hereby
zoned as "M -2,P" Planned Industrial District, as above
described."
Section 2. That the City Clerk be, and she hereby is,
directed to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the
Recorder of Black Hawk County, Iowa.
