Members present: Boesen, Morrissey, Feuss, and Grieder. Absent: Amos, Klein, and Juon
Moved by Grieder seconded by Boesen that Mr. Morrissey chair the meeting. Voice -vote Ayes:
Four. Motion carried.
Moved by Feuss seconded by Grieder that the Agenda, as proposed, be approved. Voice -vote
Ayes: Four. Motion carried.
Objective: Discussion of the FYE 2021 Finance City Clerk Library, Parking and City Attorney,
and department budgets.
Kelley Felchle, City Clerk, and Michelle Weidner, Chief Financial Officer, provided an overview
of the FYE2021 City Clerk and Finance Department budgets.
Council members discussed the FYE2021 City Clerk and Finance Department budgets with Kelley
Felchle and Michelle Weidner.
Nick Rossman, Library Director, provided an overview of the FYE2021 Library budget.
Council members discussed the FYE2021 Library budget with Nick Rossman and Michelle
Weidner.
Geri Griswold, Republic Parking, provided an overview of the FYE2021Parking budget.
Council members discussed the FYE2021 Parking budget with Geri Griswold and Michelle
Weidner.
Martin Petersen, City Attorney, provided an overview of the FYE2021 Legal Department budget.
Council members discussed the FYE2021 Legal Department budget with Martin Petersen and
Michelle Weidner.
Lance Dunn, Human Resources Director, provided an overview of the FYE2021 Human
Resources Department budget.
Council members discussed the FYE2021 Human Resources Department budget with Lance Dunn
and Michelle Weidner.
With no further business before the Council, it was moved by Feuss seconded by Grieder that the
meeting be adjourned at 6:44 p.m. Voice -vote Ayes: Four. Motion carried.
