Members present: Boesen, Amos, Morrissey, Klein, Grieder, and Juon. Absent: Feuss.
Moved by Amos seconded by Feuss that the Agenda, as proposed, be approved. Voice -vote Ayes:
Six. Motion carried.
Obiective: Discussion of the FYE 2021 Mayor's Office City Council Engineering Sewer Street
Traffic, and Waste Management department budgets
Wendy Bowman, Communications Director, and Michelle Weidner, Chief Financial Officer,
provided an overview of the FYE2021 Mayor's Office budget.
Council members discussed the FYE2021 Mayor's Office budget with Wendy Bowman and
Michelle Weidner.
Mr. Grieder arrive at 3:42 p.m.
Michelle Weidner provided an overview of the FYE2021 City Council budget.
Council members discussed the FYE2021 City Council budget with Michelle Weidner. Mr.
Morrissey and Mrs. Klein asked to submit changes to the City Council Budget Narrative
worksheet.
Mayor Hart arrived at 3:51 p.m. He then provided an overview of the FYE2021 Mayor's Office
budget.
Council members discussed the FYE2021 Mayor's Office budget with Mayor Hart.
Jamie Knutson, City Engineer, provided an overview of the FYE2021 Engineering Department
budget.
Council members discussed the FYE2021 Engineering Department budget with Jamie Knutson
and Michelle Weidner.
Randy Bennett, Public Works Division Manager, provided an overview of the FYE2021 Sewer
Department budget.
Council members discussed the FYE2021 Sewer Department budget.
Randy Bennett provided an overview of the FYE2021 Street Department budget.
Mrs. Juon left at 5:00 p.m.
Feuss/Klein
to designate Mr. Amos as chair of the meeting. Voice -vote Ayes: Six. Motion carried.

Randy Bennett and Sandie Greco, Traffi Operations Superintendent, provided an overview of the
FYE2021 Traffic Department budget.
Council members discussed the FYE2021 Traffic Department budget with Randy Bennett and

With no further business before the Council, it was moved by Feuss seconded by Grieder that the
meeting be adjourned at 5:25 p.m. Voice -vote Ayes: Six. Motion carried.
