Moved by Juon seconded by Klein that a refund request in the amount of $72 for yard
waste/recycle service fees paid in error on a property located at 314 Locust Street, be approved.
Voice vote -Ayes: Three. Motion carried.
Moved by Juon seconded by Klein that a refund request in the amount of$73.90 for yard waste
fees paid in error on a property located at 4955 Charolais Drive,be approved. Voice vote - Ayes:
Three. Motion carried.
Moved by Juon seconded by Klein that Bills Payment, as contained in Accounts Payable Invoice
Report, dated February 24, 2020, in the amount of$2,269,831.50 be received, placed on file and
approved and forwarded to the full council for approval. Voice vote - Ayes: Three. Motion
carried.
With no further business before the committee,it was moved by Morrissey seconded by Klein that
the meeting be adjourned at 5:19 p.m. Voice vote -Ayes: Three. Motion carried.
