SCOPE OF WORK
This project consists of the reconstruction Received of
of the existing University Avenue 6-lane
facility with a new 4-lane roadway. The
project includes installation of enhance-
ments, sidewalks, shared use paths,
pedestrian box culvert and reconstruction
of the existing storm sewer,water main,
and bridge repairs on Greenhill Road
Bridge, Black Hawk Bridge and Fletcher
Road Bridge. the sum of
