Members present: Boesen, Amos, Morrissey, Klein, Feuss, Grieder, and Juon.
Moved by Juon seconded by Grieder that the Agenda, as proposed, be approved. Voice -vote Ayes:
Seven. Motion carried.
Objective: Discussion of the FYE 2021 budget.
Mayor Hart presented his budget proposal to the city council. It would have a levy rate of
$18.31969, which would be a 1.02% increase to residential property taxes and 4.40% increase to
commercial and industrial property taxes.
Council members discussed the Mayor's budget proposal with Mayor Hart and Michelle Weidner,
Chief Financial Officer.
With no further business before the Council, it was moved by Juon seconded by Amos that the
meeting be adjourned at 5:29 p.m. Voice -vote Ayes: Seven. Motion carried.
