RESOLUTION NO. 2020-157
RESOLUTION APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENTS, ETC. AND SETTING DATE
OF BID OPENING AS MARCH 26, 2020 AND DATE OF PUBLIC
HEARING AS APRIL 6, 2020, FOR THE 2020 RIGHT-OF-WAY
MOWING CONTRACT, AND INSTRUCT CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH
SAID NOTICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the preliminary plans, specifications, bid documents, etc., in conjunction
with the 2020 Right-of-Way Mowing Contract, are hereby approved.
Section 2. That the bid opening, in conjunction with the 2020 Right-of-Way Mowing
Contract, be scheduled for March 26, 2020 at 1:00 p.m., City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa.
Section 3. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, meet in the Harold E. Getty
Council Chambers at City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa, at 5:30 p.m. on the 6th day of April 2020, to hold
a public hearing, in conjunction with the 2020 Right-of-Way Mowing Contract.
Section 4. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place
of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
