RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH AMENT DESIGN OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $49,100, FOR THE
DESIGN OF DOWNTOWN FIBER OPTIC INTERCONNECT
AND MONITORING CAMERAS, IOWA DOT PROJECT
NUMBER STBG-SWAP-8155(769)--SG-07, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated March 9, 2020, between Ament Design and the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, in an amount not to exceed $49,100, for the design of Downtown Fiber
Optic Interconnect and Monitoring Cameras, Iowa DOT Project Number STBG-SWAP-
8155 769 --SG-07 is herebyapproved, and the Mayor is authorized( ) and directed to execute said
