RESOLUTION NO. 2020-167
RESOLUTION APPROVING A THIRTY-SIX (36) MONTH
TELECOM SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH CENTURYLINK
BUSINESS, IN THE AMOUNT OF $2,956.60 PER MONTH
PLUS AN ADDITIONAL $35 PER ANALOG LINE, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Telecom Services Agreement for the period of 3/9/2020-3/9/2023, between CenturyLink
Business and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in the amount of $2,956.60 per month plus an
additional $35 per analog line, is hereby approved, and the Mayor is authorized and directed to
execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of March 2020.
