RESOLUTION SETTING DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING AS
MARCH 23, 2020 TO APPROVE THE REQUEST BY PDG
DEVELOPMENT, LLC, TO VACATE A 4,197-SQUARE-FOOT
STORM WATER MANAGEMENT EASEMENT, LOCATED
SOUTH OF 3834 W. 4TH STREET, AND INSTRUCT CITY
CLERK TO PUBLISH SAID NOTICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa shall meet in the Harold E.
Getty Council Chambers at City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa at 5:30 p.m. on the 23`d day of March
2020, for the purpose of considering and acting upon the request by PDG Development, LLC to
vacate a 4,197-square-foot storm water management easement, located south of 3834 W.
4th Street, and instruct the City Clerk to publish said notice.
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place
of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
