RESOLUTION NO. 2012-449
RESOLUTION APPROVING LICENSE FOR MULTI-USE
PATHWAY WITH CHICAGO CENTRAL AND PACIFIC
RAILROAD COMPANY AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID LICENSE BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the License for Multi-Use Pathway dated May 14, 2012,
granting the City permission to construct, maintain, operate and
use both a new ten foot (10' ) wide multi-use pathway
(recreational trail) and a relocated five foot (5' ) wide sidewalk
upon, over and across the property of the Chicago Central and
Pacific Railroad Company for the F.Y. 2013 U. S. Highway 63
Improvements - Conger Street/Newell Street to Donald Street,
Contract No. 790, by and between Chicago Central and Pacific
Railroad Company and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same
is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same
in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of May, 2012 .
