all our right, title, interest, estate, claim and demand, if any,in the following-described real estate,
and any railroad trackage or improvements, thereon, in Black Hawk County, Iowa:
That portion of the former industry spur line, which lies in the current right-of-way of
Broadway Street,Waterloo,Black Hawk County, Iowa, serving the following property, to-wit:
All that part of the East th of the Southwest '4, Section 10, Township 89 North, Range 13
West of the "5th Principal Meridian, City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, lying
Southwest of Broadway Street (former US Highway 20), East of Cedar Bend Street, and North of
East Donald Street, and except the South 225 feet of the East 50.8 feet and the South 120 feet of
the West 49.2 feet of the East 100 feet thereof.
Included in the foregoing conveyance are any and all gas, oil or mineral rights and
interests previously reserved and all other rights, interests and easements of record, of any type or
nature.
This transaction exempt from Documentary Stamp and Declaration of Value per Iowa Code§428A.2(6)(2019).
Each of the undersigned hereby relinquishes all rights of dower,homestead and distributive share in and to the real estate.
