2, (#8002) Provide and install "3"-9" clean road stone aggregate to the rocked yard area,
3. (#8003) Provide and install "3/4" and 1" road stone aggregate to the rocked yard area,
B. Reason for ordering change or extra work:

C. Settlement for cost of work to be made as follows:
