RESOLUTION NO. 2020-171
RESOLUTION APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENTS, ETC. AND SETTING DATE
OF BID OPENING AS APRIL 9, 2020, AND DATE OF PUBLIC
HEARING AS APRIL 13, 2020, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE FY
2020 WASTE WATER TREATMENT PLANT AND LIFT STATIONS
MOWING CONTRACT, AND INSTRUCT CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH
SAID NOTICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the preliminary plans, specifications, bid documents, etc., in conjunction
with the FY 2020 Waste Water Treatment Plant and Lift Stations Mowing Contract, are hereby
approved.
Section 2. That the bid opening, in conjunction with the FY 2020 Waste Water
Treatment Plant and Lift Stations Mowing Contract, be scheduled for April 9, 2020 at 1:00 p.m.,
City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa.
Section 3. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, meet in the Harold E. Getty
Council Chambers at City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa, at 5:30 p.m. on the 13th day of April 2020, to
hold a public hearing, in conjunction with the FY 2020 Waste Water Treatment Plant and Lift
Stations Mowing Contract.
Section 4. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place
of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
