RESOLUTION NO. 2020-174
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF ONE (1) 2020
WIDE AREA MOWER.
WHEREAS, by Resolution 2020-173, specifications, bid documents, form of contract,
etc., in conjunction with the purchase of one (1) 2020 Wide Area Mower, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, have been approved and adopted by this Council after a public hearing as
prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that the said program proceed in accordance with said specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of March 2020.
