RESOLUTION NO. 2020-176
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC., IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE FIVE SULLIVAN BROTHERS
CONVENTION CENTER PENTHOUSE CHILLER
REPLACEMENT.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
Community Planning and Development Director of said City to prepare and file plans,
specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with the Five Sullivan Brothers Convention
Center Penthouse Chiller Replacement, and
WHEREAS, said Community Planning and Development Director did file said plans,
specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with the Five Sullivan Brothers Convention
Center Penthouse Chiller Replacement, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice,was held on March 16, 2020.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with the Five
Sullivan Brothers Convention Center Penthouse Chiller Replacement, are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of March 2020.
