RESOLUTION NO. 2020-182
RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENTS TO THE CITY OF
WATERLOO RECORDS REQUEST POLICY, ORIGINALLY
ADOPTED BY RESOLUTION NO. 2017-113.
WHEREAS, the city adopted a records request policy on February 13, 2017 to formalize
and centralize responses to requests for public records, and
WHEREAS, there is a need for changes to the policy to make minor modifications to
wording, medium for transmitting records, fees for printing, faxing or emailing records, access
regarding confidential records, and custodian(s) of records.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City of Waterloo's Records Request Policy is approved as
amended.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of March 2020.
