AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 2008 TRAFFIC CODE
BY REPEALING SUBSECTION (13) LAFAYETTE
STREET OF SECTION 549, LOADING ZONES; AND
ENACTING IN LIEU THEREOF A NEW SUBSECTION
(13) LAFAYETTE STREET TO SECTION 549,
LOADING ZONES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA:
That Subsection (13) Lafayette Street of Section 549,
Loading Zone, of the 2008 Traffic Code, is hereby repealed in
its entirety; that a new (13) Lafayette Street of Section 549,
Loading Zones, of the 2008 Traffic Code, is hereby enacted in
lieu thereof as follows:
(13) Lafayette Street Both sides in the 500 block,
northeast side in the 600
block, south side in the 700
and 900 blocks; alley in the
500 block just west of E. 4th
Street, with a fifteen (15)
minute time limit.
