ORDINANCE NO. 5062
ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS
AMENDED, BY ADDING SUBSECTION NO. 116 TO
SECTION 2A -7N, CONDITIONAL ZONING CERTAIN
PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA:
Section 1. That Section 2A -7N, of Ordinance No. 2479, as
amended, be further amended by adding after Subsection No. 115,
of said Section, the following Subsection No. One Hundred Sixteen
(116) .
"116.
A survey of a tract of land in the Southeast Quarter of
the Southeast Quarter (SE 1-4, SE 1-4), of Section 33,
Township 89 North (T89N), Range 13 West (R13W) of the
Fifth Principal Meridian (5th P.M.), in the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, State of Iowa, more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point 175.15 feet South and 658.05 feet
East of the Northwest corner of said Southeast Quarter
of the Southeast Quarter (SE 1-4, SE 1--4); thence East 462
feet to the centerline of former primary Highway No.
U.S. 63, also known as Waterloo & Eldora Road, and now
known as West Fourth Street; thence South 53 degrees 28
minutes West along the centerline of said road 150
feet; thence North 84 degrees 27 minutes West 407 feet;
thence North 34 degrees 57 minutes East 82.75 feet to
the point of beginning, except the public right of way
of West Fourth Street as presently established, all in
the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa;
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, approximately 0.62
acres as "R-3" Multiple Residence District, be and the same is
hereby zoned as "R -3,C -Z" Conditional Zoning District as above
described."
Section 2. That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby
directed to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the
Recorder of Black Hawk County, Iowa.
