ORDINANCE NO. 5063
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 2008 TRAFFIC CODE
BY ADDING SECTION 571B, NO PARKING 7:00 A.M.
TO 4:00 P.M. DURING SCHOOL.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA:
That Section 571B, No Parking 7:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. During
School, is hereby added to the 2008 Traffic Code, as follows:
SEC. 571B. NO PARKING 7:00 A.M. TO 4:00 P.M. DURING SCHOOL.
When signs are erected in each block, or portion thereof,
giving notice, no person shall park a vehicle between the hours
of 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday during school
within the district and upon any of the streets or portions
thereof as named herein:
