RESOLUTION APPROVING THE TRANSFER OF
DISCRETIONARY HOTEL-MOTEL TAX GRANT FUNDS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the transfer of Discretionary Hotel-Motel Tax Grant Funds,
in the amount of $30, 000 . 00 (previously awarded February 13,
2012) , from the Cultural & Arts Department to the RiverLoop
Association, Inc. (formerly Waterloo Expo Services Corp/WESCO) ,
for Amphitheater marketing and start-up expenses, be and the same
is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of May, 2012 .
