UNDERSTANDLN G BETWEEN BLACK HAWK COUNTY
PHEASANTS FOREVER CHAPTER, FOR A POLY JNAT'OR
PLANTIN G PROJECT AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER O
MARTIN ROAD AND HIGHWAY 63, AND AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RF,SOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Memorandum of Understanding dated April 6, 2020, between Black Hawk County
Pheasants Forever and Quail Forever Chapter and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, for the Hwy.
63/M
artin Road Pollinator Planting Project, is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk
are authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
