RESOLUTION APPROVING. REQUEST OF LIBERTY BANK
F. S .B. FOR AN ENCROACHMENT AGREEMENT TO
ALLOW FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF AN EIGHT (8)
FOOT BY EIGHTEEN (18) FOOT SIGN IN THE RIGHT
OF WAY OF NICKI STREET, AND AUTHORIZE THE
MAYOR AND- CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that `the Encroachment Agreement dated December 5, 2011, to
allow for'; the construction of eight (8 ) by eighteen (18) foot
sign, generally located 70 feet from the edge of San Marnan
Drive in the median of Nicki �Street at the intersection of Nicki
Street and San Marnan Avenue, by and between Liberty' Bank F. S .B.
and the City of Waterloo, Iowa is hereby approved and the Mayor
and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute the same
on behalf of the City of Waterloo.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of December 2011 .
