EASEMENT ALONG LOT 10 OF AUDUBON PARK FIFTH
ADDITION GENERALLY LOCATED NORTH OF 4230
HARBIN DRIVE, IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK
HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, as follows:
The northeasterly eight (8) feet of lot ten (10) in
Audubon Park Fifth Addition to the City of Waterloo,
Black Hawk County, Iowa, EXCEPT therefrom the
northwesterly eight (8) feet of said northeasterly
eight (8) feet of Lot ten (10).
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
