to Section 380.3, Code of IOWq (1983) as remedial legislation to
clarify and rectify the suspension of rules regarding Ordinance
Po. 3372 vithout the benefit of the recorded vote of three-fourths
of the Council members.
Passed and adopted by the City Counil of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, this 5 day of hovepber, 1954, and approved by the Mavor on
the 7 day of November, 1984.
