It is recommended that the project be accepted and that Council approve
the "Statement of Completion and Final Acceptance of Work" and
authorize the Mayor to sign said document.
I report that Peterson Contractors, Inc., of Reinbeck, Iowa, has
completed the above referenced project in accordance with the plans and
specifications.
