ORDINANCE NO. 5056
ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS
AMENDED, BY ADDING SUBSECTION NO. 423 TO
SECTION 2A-5, REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA:
Section 1. That Section 2A-5, of Ordinance No. 2479, as
amended, be further amended by adding after Subsection No. 422,
of said Section, the following Subsection No. Four Hundred
Twenty -Three (423).
"423.
Kenwood Park all Lot 291 Except East 2 '� Feet & Lot 292
& 8 Feet vacated alley adjacent Lot 292 & West 47 �
feet Lot 291, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa;
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, approximately 0.30
acres as "C-2" Commercial District, be and the same is hereby
zoned as "R-2" One and Two Family Residence District as above
described."
Section 2. That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby
directed to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the
Recorder of Black Hawk County, Iowa.
