BE IT OtDAIN'hl) by the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa:
That Section 27-14, Window Peeping, of Chapter 27,
Offenses--A-iiscellaneous, of the Code of Ordinances of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, is hereby repealed in its entirety; that new Section
27-14, window Peeping, of Chapter 27, Offenses-41iscellaneous, of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, is hereby enacted in
lieu thereof as follows:
Sec. 27-14. Window Peening.
It shall be unlawful for any person to look into or loiter around
any window or opening of a house or building, not their own place of
residence, in order to watch or observe the occupants therein for an
unlawful or wrongful purpose.
