AN ORDINANCE AI�FIZING THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, BY ADDING A NEV SECTION 27-22, URINATION, TO
CHAPTER 27, 0n-ENSES--14ISCEL1.A4EOUS.
BE IT ORI)AIMED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa:
That new Section 27-2.2, Urination, of Chapter 27,
Offenses--Miscellaneous, of the Code of Ordinances of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, is hereby added as follows:
Sec. 27-22. Urination.
It shall be unlawful for any person to urinate in or on any public
or common property (including, but not limited to, streets, alleys,
sidewalks, golf courses, pools, or parks, excluding public restrooms) or
to urinate in a place where the person could reasonably expect to be
viewed by members of the public.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council this 13th day of August, 1984,
and approved by the rlayor this 15th day of August, 1984.
