WATERLOO, IaAA, BY ADDIX NEW SUBSECTION (h) TO SUBSECTION 15-2,
FOOD QUALITY REQUIREhL197S, OF CHAPTER 15, FOOD A14D F)OD HANDLERS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa:
That new Subsection (h) of Subsection 15-2, Food Quality Requirements,
of Chapter 15, Food and Food Handlers, of the Code of Ordinances of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, is hereby added as follows:
Sec. 15-2. Food quality requirements.
(h) Testing. Sample testing of food or milk products shall be
performed, as required by the laws of this City and State, in a
certified lab or in the City's testing lab. A fee shall be charged for
each sample taken and processed.
PASSED AND ADOPTrM by the City Council this 6th day of August, 1984, and
approved by the Mayor this 8th day of August, 1984.
