ORDINANCE NO. 5058
ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS
AMENDED, BY ADDING SUBSECTION NO. 115 TO
SECTION 2A -7N, CONDITIONAL ZONING CERTAIN
PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA:
Section 1. That Section 2A -7N, of Ordinance No. 2479, as
amended, be further amended by adding after Subsection No. 114,
of said Section, the following Subsection No. One Hundred Fifteen
(115) .
"115.
Lots 2 and 3 in Decathlon Place, all in the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa;
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, approximately 1.59
acres as "C-1" Commercial District, be and the same is hereby
zoned as "C -1,C -Z" Conditional Zoning District as above
described, subject to the following conditions:
1. That there be no outside storage upon the site in
question.
2. That there be no vehicle display area for the sale and
purchase of vehicles upon the site in question.
3. That there be no auto repair/maintenance or body/fender
repair work permitted on the site in question.
4. That use of the site shall be limited to an automobile
sales office, and any use permitted in the "C-1"
Commercial District, except that the site shall not be
used for an animal hospital, veterinary clinic,
carwash, commercial parking lot, gas station, service
station or alcohol sales use."
Section 2. That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby
directed to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the
Recorder of Black Hawk County, Iowa.
