AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF AN ALLEY IN COWIN ' S
ADDITION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AS FOLLOWS :
The westerly 210 feet of a sixteen ( 16 ) feet alley located
in Block 1 , Cowin ' s Addition , City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa.
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated , with the City ' s
retention of an easement over, under and above the above described
parcel .
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, this 23 day of July, 1984, and approved by the
Mayor on the 25 day of July, 1984 .
