BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo,
Iona:
That Subsections (39) Fourth 73treet (t<est) , (47) Iowa
Highway 412, and (66) Sanilarnan Drive of Section 543, Thru
Streets , of the Traffic Code, are hereby repealed in their
entirety; that new Subsections (39) Fourth Street (west)
and (86) Santlarnan T)rive of Section 543, Thru Streets , are
hereby enacted in lieu thereof as follows :
(39) Fourth Street ('Ajest) Muff Street to southerly
corporate linits except for
traffic sis*.nals at
�4ashin�ton, Locust,
Baltimore, Bayard and Kimball
and four-�aay stops at
AnsborouRh and [Gest
.,idoeway.
(86) Santlarnan Drive Texas Street to vaest Fourth
(:Fast and 4�Jest) Street except for traffic
sitrnals at LaPorte Road,
Sears , Penney ' s , riammond and
Kimball.
That Subsection (103a) Oellin'>ton Street is hereby added to
Section 543, iliru Streets , as follows :

Fourth Street
PASSED LI<D ADOPTED by the City Council this Kith day of
July, 1984, and approved by the M'a-Vor this 18th day of
July, 11084.
