HomeMy WebLinkAbout3350-07/16/1984 ORDINANCE NO. 3350 AN ORDINAACE Af IENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2644, KNOWN AS THE TRAFFIC CODE, BY REPEALING SUBSECTION (9) PARK AVENUE (EAST AND NEST) OF SECTION 542, ONE-WAY STREETS AND ALLEYS ; AND ENACTING IN LIEU THEREOF NEW SUBSECTION (9) PARD; AVE1 UE (EAST) TO SECTION 542, ONE-WAY STREETS AND ALLEYS ; AND BY REPEALINIG SUBSECTION (29) PARK AVENUv_': (?.ri'.ST) OF SECTION 545, YIELD STREETS. ,BE IT by the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa: That Subsection (9) Park Avenue (East and :Test) of Section 542, One-;Jay Streets and Alleys, of the Traffic Code, is hereby repealed in its entirety; that new Subsection (9) Park Avenue (East) of Section 542, One- Jay Streets and Alleys , of the Traffic Code, is hereby enacted in .lieu thereof as follows : (9) Park Avenue (Fast) Southwest to the northeast between Franklin Street and rlal.nut Street That Subsection (2R) Park Avenue (,lest) of Section 545, Yield Streets , of the Traffic Code, is hereby repealed in its entirety.
