AN ORDINANCE AaIENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2644, KNOWN AS THE
TRAFFIC CODE, BY REPEALING SUBSECTIONS (48) IOWA
HIGH[1AY 412 , (49) IOWA HIGHWAY 412, AND (85b)
SA1411ARNAN DRIVE OF SECTION 541 , INCREASING SPEED
LIMITS IN CERTAIN AREAS; AND BY ENACTING IF LIEU

(ACCESS) , (85c) SA?`dMARNAN DRIVE, AND (85d) SANMARNAN
DRIVE TO SECTION 541 , IFCRFASI :NJG SPEED LI ZITS IN

3E IT ORDAIIED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
That Subsections (48) Iov-a Fiahway 412 , (49) Iowa Highway
412, and (85b) Sanllarnan Drive of Section 541, Increasing
Sneed Limits in Certain Arens , of the `''raffic Code, are
hereby repealed in their entirety; that new Subsections
(85b) Sanrfarnan Drive (Access) , (85c) San-Marnan Drive, and
(85d) SanTlarnan Drive of Section 541, Increasing Speed
Limits in Certain Areas , of the 'Traffic Code, are hereby
enacted in lieu thereof as follows:
(85b) Saniiarnan Drive (Access) - from Kimball
Avenue to Har:mond Avenue 35 mph
(85c) SanAlarnan Drive - from West Fourth Street
to Hammond Avenue 55 mph
(85d) Sanilarnan Drive - from rlammond Avenue to
Texas Street 35 mph
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council this 16th day of
July, 1984, and approved by the ;Mayor this l8th day of
July, 1934.
