AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, BY REPEALING SECTION 33-9,
LAWNS IN PARKINGS: AUTHORIZED; MAINTENANCE BY
ABUTTING OWNER; CITY'S RIGHTS RESERVED; DAMAGING LAWNS
AND ORNAMENTAL PLANTINGS, OF CHAPTER 33, STREETS AND
SIDEWALKS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, that:
Section 33-9, Lawns in Parkings : Authorized; Maintenance
by abutting owner; City's rights reserved; Damaging lawns
and ornamental plantings, of Chapter 33, Streets and
Sidewalks, is hereby repealed in its entirety.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council this 2- day of
