AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 34, UTILITIES, BY
REPEALING SUBSECTION (6) REGARDING SEWER RENTAL
CHARGES OF SECTION 34-43; AND ENACTING IN LIEU
THEREOF A NEW SUBSECTION (6) REGARDING SEWER
RENTAL CHARGES OF SECTION 34-43.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA:
That Subsection (6) regarding sewer rental charges of
Section 34-43. under Chapter 34, Utilities, of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Waterloo, is hereby repealed in
its entirety; that new Subsection (6) regarding sewer
rental charges of Section 34-43, under Chapter 34,
Utilities, of the Code of Ordinances of the City of
Waterloo, is hereby enacted in lieu thereof as follows :
(6) Beginning July 1, 1984, the following sewer rental
charge will become effective:
