AN ORDINANCE VACATING EASEMIENT IN BLOCK 41 , ORIGINAL PLAT
OF WEST WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BF IT ORDAINED BY THF COUNCIL OF TliE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOTIA,
AS FOLLOWS :
that twenty (20) foot utility easement which lies under
and over the southeasterly 140 feet of vacated alley in
Block 41 , Original Plat West waterloo, Waterloo, Black
hawk. County, Iowa
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated,
Passed and adopted by the. City Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, this 2nd day of April, 1984, and approved by the
Mayor on the 4nd day of April, 1484.
