L�_ sactl owner or operator shall fail to ?ay t"'ie aforesaid penalty of two dollars ($2. 00) in the manner herein nrovide(1 then such owner or anslw ?54 PAGE 801 operator may, within forty-eight (48) hours of the time when such notice was attached to such vehicle, pay at the gest Side Parking Ramp, 180 W. 5th Street in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, as a penalty for and in full satisfaction in violation of Section 325, the sum of three dollars ($3. 00) . If such owner or operator shall fail to pay the aforesaid penalty of three dollars ($3.00) in the manner herein provided then such owner or operator may, within one hundred and sixty-eight (168) hours of the time when such notice was attached to such vehicle, pay the office of the City Clerk of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, as a penalty for and in full satisfaction in violation of Section 325, the sum of five dollars ($5. 00) . The failure of such owner or operator to make proper payment within one hundred and sixty-eight (168) hours shall render such owner or operator subject to the penalties hereinafter provided in Section 330. SEC. 343. PARKIING RATES FOR CASH I'ATROtiS. (a) Parking rates for cash patrons of the old ramps shall be thirty-five cents ($. 35) for the first hour or fraction thereof, and ten cents ($. 10) per hour thereafter. (b) Parking rates for cash patrons of the new ramp(s) shall be thirty-five cents ($. 35) for the first hour or fraction thereof, and twenty cents ($. 20) per hour thereafter. (c) There shall be a maximum daily fee of Two dollars and fifty cents ($2. 50) for overnight parkers for all ramps. That Section 310, Daily Lot Fee, is hereby added to the Traffic Code as follows : SEC. 310. DAILY LOT FEF.. The daily parking fee for ten (10) hour lots shall be seventy-five cents ($. 75) .
