ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS AMENDED,
BY ADDING SUBSECTION NO. 5 TO SECTION 2A-7-N,
CONDITIONAL ZONING.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERIAO, IOWA:
Section 1 . That Section 2A-7-N of Ordinance No. 2479 as amended,
be further amended by adding after Subsection No. 4 of said
Section, the following Subsection No. 5, (five)
described as:
1151
Lot 6, Blk. 12, Logan Dale Heights, Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "R-2" One & Two Family
Residence District to "C-Z" Conditional Zoning District as described
above.
Section 2. That the City Clerk/Auditor be, and he is hereby
directed to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the
Recorder of Black Hawk County, Iowa.
Passed and adopted by the City Cuuncil on the 16 day of January,
1984, approved by the Mayor on the 19 day of January, 1984.
