AN ORDINANCE REPEALING CHAPTER 15, FOOD AND FOOD HANDLERS,
OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AND ENACTING IN LIEU THEREOF "FOOD SERVICE SANITATION
ORDINANCE".
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
as follows:
Section 1.
All food service establishments shall be constructed, remodeled,
operated, maintained and regulated in accordance with the 1976 edition
of the Food and Drug Administration "Food Service Sanitation Ordinance"
insofar as the same may be applicable, and as said section may be
hereafter altered, amended or modified with the following exceptions:
1-102 (h) , (i) and (z) , 1-104, 10-101, 10-201, and 10-601 are hereby
deleted. A copy of said Ordinance shall be on file in the office of
the City Clerk.
Section 2.
This Ordinance is effective January 1, 1979. pp
