ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF TVILLOW STREET
LYING BETvdEEN ;VLY RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF BEECH
STREET AND THE WEST LINE OF N-S ALLEY EXTENDED,
BLOCK 14, ROSEHILL FIRST ADDITION WITH CITY'S
RETENTION OF UTILITY EASEMENT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF �4ATERL00, IOvVA,
AS FOLLOWS:
All of Willow Street lying between the Westerly right-
of-way line of Beech Street and the West line of the
North-South alley extended, in Block 14, Rosehill First
Addition, City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated, with the City of Waterloo
to retain a utility easement,
gassed and adopted by the City Council on the 18th day of
December, 1978, approved by the Mayor on the 18th day of Dec-
ember, 1978.
