ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS AMENDED, BY ADDING
SUB-SECTION NO. 1 CZ TO SECTION 2A-7- (M) (d) , CONDITIONAL ZONING
CERTAIN PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1. That Section 2A-7-(M) (d) of Ordinance No. 2479, as amended
be further amended by adding the following Sub-Section No. One conditional
zoning (lCZ) :
"ICL
The North 300 feet of the South 360 feet
of the West 726 feet of the Northwest Quarter
of Section No. 10, Township No. 88 North,
Range 13 West of the 5th Principal Meridian
in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County,
Iowa except all legal highways .
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "A-l" Agricultural District
be and the same is hereby conditionally zoned.
Section 2. That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby directed to file a
certified copy of this Ordinance with the Recorder of Black Hawk County,
Iowa.
Passed and adopted by the City Council on 20th day of November, 1978,
approved by the Mayor on the 20th day of November, 1978.
